I'm slightly reluctant to do this as the old versions worked fine. If Infragistics 12.1 assemblies are located in the Debug folder, it likely means that someone is referencing them in the project. Also, if you've updated your components anytime recently make sure there aren't multiple copies with different version numbers lying around. Out of desperation I deleted that file shortly after I posted, it seemed to work.
