General tip: If the paper tears when you pull a jam out of the printer, spread the paper out and make sure you have all of the pieces. It has a low print count and has a used value of over $200 I believe (not that I'm trying to sell it). I know places like Lexmark and HP were either replacing or sending units out even if out of warranty or giving 30-50% off on services and or repair. They will report false paper jams. Didn't know they had earlier versions. Always remove jammed paper by pulling it in the direction of normal travel only.
